Credits can be applied across CRM administration, RevOps support, SDR consulting, bookkeeping and accounting support, and CRO support. The task table above shows exactly how many credits each service type costs.
Do unused credits carry over?
Yes — up to 2 unused credits roll over to the following month. Rolled-over credits expire after one cycle if unused.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — all Ops on Retainer packages require a minimum 12-month commitment. This ensures we have enough runway to not just clean things up, but build the operational foundation your systems actually need.
How is this different from your HubSpot Services retainer?
HubSpot Services retainers are scoped around platform-specific work — builds, implementations, automation. Ops on Retainer is process-first. We're managing the operational layer of your revenue system, not just configuring tools.
